A monthly magazine of the 'Korean Drama Script Writers Association' have printed an exclusive article on the perspectives of the Asian 'Korean Waves lovers' toward the Korean dramas.

Under the title, "The voice of the Asian fans toward the Korean dramas" the article includes a thorough analysis of the elements of attraction in the Korean dramas by the critiques of various Asian countries, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, China and Japan.

Reporter Jen Ku Yang from 'The Hong Kong Economics Newspaper' said, "For example, previously, many Hong Kongnese only thought of Korea as a violent and unsettled country with large-scaled street demonstrations and violent conflicts. But from the sitcom "No one can stop them", they now see Korea as a creative, stable and scientifically advanced modern society. Japanese fans have officially launched a fan club for Korea's top actress Choi Ji-woo, who has led the Korean wave by starring in hit TV dramas such as 'Winter Sonata', 'Beautiful Days' and 'Stairway to Heaven'.

The name of the fan club is 'Lily', a flower which fans say well-represents Choi's pure and innocent image.

The official website of the fan club will open on March 1 after a pilot run. In the summer, the website will organize various events in which the actress will take part.

On lunar New Year's day, Choi unveiled a new year's message which she personally wrote on the website.

She also left a video message for her Japanese fans expressing her happiness over the launch of her long-awaited Japanese fan club. In her message, she also promised the fans that she will work hard to show her true self through 'Lily' and hoped she would be able to meet them in person soon....

Ryoo Seung-beom and Kong Hyo-jin are going to co-starring in "Dajjimawa Lee" (Director Ryoo Seung-wan/ Production agency: Owe-yoo-nae-kang). The possibility of the formal couple's reunion had been suggested ever since.

The Ryoo Brothers' (director Ryoo Seung-wan and actor Ryoo Seung-beom) new film, "Dajjimawa Lee" is already at the center of attention. It is a longer version of its shorter version of (35 min long) which was made in 2000 and became a sensational hit in the internet. The sole purpose of the shorter version was to screening in the internet. Lim Won-hee, who starred in the shorter version, is once again appearing in the longer version of "Dajjimawa Lee" with Ryoo Seung-beom and Kong Hyo-jin.

Ryoo Seung-beom and Kong Hyo-jin began their relationship when they co-starred in SBS mini-series "Beautiful days" in 2001 and they co-starred in the film "No manners" once again in 2002. Even after they broke up, they acted a couple in the film "The Birth of a Family" (2006). ...

Actress and singer Lee Jeong-hyeon will appear in a television drama series, a first in almost seven years after her last appearance in "Beautiful Days". Lee Jeong-hyeon will be starring in the historical drama series "Daewang Sejong" ("King Sejong") that will start airing through KBS on January 5th.

Since the 2001 broadcast of "Beautiful Days", Lee Jeong-hyeon has been focusing on her singing career in China, Japan, Vietnam, and other regions.

At the press conference held on the 20th, Lee said, "I always had a lingering thought that I have to act, but because it has been a while since I have done so, the pressure made it difficult to make a decision even when quality pieces came in as offers.
