Lee Wan denies rumors of entering military in March (Source)

Korean actor Lee Wan [SBS]

Korean actor Lee Wan has denied rumors that he will be entering the Korean military in March, according to his agency Logos Film on Monday.

An official at Logos explained that talks of Lee voluntarily taking up the two-year military service is "not true" and that he is actually planning to hold a fan meeting in Japan in March. He also added that the 26-year-old is "in considering joining the army sometime around the end of this year or early next year".##

Jun Jin Prepares to Take Japan by Storm (Source)

Shinhwa member Jun Jin will hold his first solo concert in Japan, the same year Shinhwa reaches the 10-year anniversary of their debut.

Jun Jin has planned two performances on the 26th (2pm, 7pm) at the C.C. Lemon Hall in Tokyo for 5000 fans. There was only one show originally scheduled but when the 2500 tickets sold out in five minutes, they decided to add another performance.

Since this is Jun Jin's first solo concert in Japan, he sought out director Kim Seo-ryong, one of the best in the field at stage productions for concerts. They are also planning a pan-Asian tour during which the singer's first solo album will be released to coincide with his concert in Korea.

Prior to his Tokyo concert, Jun Jin is scheduled to meet fans for a two-day trip through Fukushima, Japan. They will dine together, play group games, take commemorative photos, and the singer will sign personal autographs.

Shinwa to Reunite Next Month (Source)

K-pop's longest running male group Shinhwa will reunite in December, with a new single and concerts in Japan and China. Fans are eagerly awaiting the group's comeback, especially since it will celebrate its 10th anniversary in March.

According to their management agency, Shinhwa's new single "Winter Story 2007" will be released on Dec. 6. This is their first single since they released "Winter Story 2006-2007" last January.

The six-member group will hold a concert in Nagoya, Japan also on Dec. 6, to be followed by two concerts on Dec.8 and 9 at Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo. Shinhwa will travel to Shanghai, China for another concert on Dec. 15. .

Shinhwa will resume their group activities starting December, and prepare for their upcoming ninth album.

The group's six members have been concentrating on solo projects since their last concert in Seoul in May 2006. Kim Dong-wan, Lee Min-woo and Shin Hye-sung have all released solo albums ... |More

Jang Tae-poong (Lee Wan): He openly admits that he has no brains, but he is a bold fellow who always gets into trouble. He is deeply loyal to his friends and very protective towards the person he loves. One day, he meets a country girl who is full of curiosity. Jang Tae-hyeon (Jeon Jin): He has excellent decision-making skills and a sharp wit. Moreover, he has a strong work ethic. All in all, he is the perfect man. He dates a woman with the right background to help him along the way in his ambitious career but somehow he falls in love with a rather unconventional girl. Min Joo-hee (Actress Kang Jeong-hwa): She's pretty and too smart for her own good, which makes her an annoying person. She stays close friends with both Tae-hyeon and Tae-poong, but she eventually finds true love.
