"A Story about Extreme, Death-Defying Love"

- This is a really sad love story.
"Sorry, I Love You" is a story about Cha Mu-hyeok (So Ji-seop), who faces death everyday with two bullets stuck in the head, and Song Eun-chae (Lim Su-jeong), whose chance encounter with him develops into an extreme love affair.

- "Sorry, I Love You" begins with a man's fight for revenge
Cha Mu-hyeok is a show business manager who plans to take his revenge on his birth mother for having abandoned him. After being abandoned by his mother, he was adopted by an Australian family at the age of two. He, however, left his foster home when he was 10 because of his adopted parents' ill treatment. He is a man making a living as a henchman of a street gang, a pimp, or a drug pusher.

- "Sorry, I Love You" is a story about an extreme love affair of two men and a woman
Though he has been hit with bullets in the head, Cha Mu-hyeok insists on going to Korea to see his birth mother determined to die in his birth country. Contrary to his belief that she abandoned him for poverty, his birth mother turns out to be a top movie star and his twin brother also a top star. In a plot to revenge himself on his mother, Mu-hyeok volunteers to work for his twin brother, Choi Yun (Chung Kyeong-ho), as his manager in a bid to run him. In the process, Mu-hyeok falls in deep love with Yun's program coordinator, Song Eun-chae.

Korean star Lee Byeong-heon is returning to TV screen in a spy thriller titled "Iris". Lee's first TV drama in five years since his starring role in "All In", "Iris" is Korea's first attempt at a high-tech spy thriller filled with flashy action scenes, cool cutting-edge devices, and scenic overseas locations.

The 20 million-dollar action-packed drama is directed by Kang Je-gyu of "Taegukgi: Brotherhood of War" and Lee Hyeong-min of "Sorry, I Love You" and produced jointly by Taewon Entertainment, which had made the global project "Three Kingdoms: Resurrection Of The Dragon".Filming will begin later this year and take place in Russia, Japan, China and the United States. The twenty-parter "Iris" is scheduled to be aired early next year.

Lee has just wrapped up filming the French-American movie "I Come with the Rain" with Josh Hartnett and is getting ready to shoot "G. I. Joe". Lee will be playing Korean ninja Storm Shadow in the action flick. The multi-national collaboration co-sta...
Drama OSTs are evolving. Famous singers participate or the drama characters sing it themselves. The genres are also diverse, from ballads to hiphop, rock, and crossovers.

Oh Ji-ho from "Single Dad in Love", Park Yong-ha and Song Yoon-ah from "On Air", Jeong Joon-ho from "Last Scandal" have sing the theme songs themselves.

The participation of star singers in drama soundtracks is not big news anymore. Tei, Shin Hye-sung, and Yoon Mi-rae participated in the soundtrack for "Bad Love". Dong Bang Shin Ki" sang in "The Legend" and Bobby Kim sang in "White Tower" and "Devil".

The evolution of drama soundtracks originates in the decline of album sales and on, offline mediums.

In the music industry where the damage can be large, drama soundtracks are providing a way out.

The repetitive music is just the thing to create an addiction to mini series, broadcasted twice a week. The emotions from the images of the drama's story and the music mix to leave a lasting impression.

SO Ji-sub accepted a role in the Japanese film Gegege no Kitaro2. He will play the villain – a spirit haunting Asia – opposite of the hero portrayed by Wentz Eiji, a popular Japanese singer. According to the Japanese producers, the spirit's dark side required charisma and talent which SO possesses.

Gegege no Kitaro2 is the sequel of last year's Japanese blockbuster, an adaptation of a popular manga by Shigeru Mizuki which has also a hit television series spin-off. The film is scheduled for a release in July.

SO might still be relatively unknown outside Asia, but he enjoys great popularity in Korea and Japan because of his hit television dramas "Sorry, I Love You", co-starring IM Soo-jeong, and "Something Happened in Bali".

What is a common thing between Yoon Eun-hye, "Rain", Han Ye-seul, Jo Seung-woo and Kim Ah-joong? They have all became big stars through 'substitute casting'. On 13th, the cable channel's Story On's 'Cover story' deals with those 'substitute casts' who earned their roles over their original casts and made a big hits.

The recent example is Yoon Eun-hye from drama "Coffee Prince" who literary was a centre of attention during the course of the drama. Initially, the role was first suggested to Kim Ah-joong but she was under an exclusive contract with a shampoo company and a contract term states that she maintains long hair until the contract finishes. So the role was given to Yoon Eun-hye, who was prepared to cut her hair short for the role.

Last year's big issue, "Fantastic Couple"'s Jo An-na, Han Ye-seul, was also a substitute cast of Uhm Jung-hwa who refused the role due to her busy schedule from releasing her 9th album at the time. Despite the fact, Han Ye-seul brought out the ...
Director Lim Pil-seong assembled a fine cast and a great team of experts, the result is a well-crafted film, finely calibrated on every level.

Production designer Ryoo Seong-hee's ("The Host", "A Bittersweet Life", "Memories of Murder", "Old Boy") fairy tale world is beautifully shot by director of photography KIM Jee-yong ("A Bittersweet Life"). The visual style is at times complemented and at times contrasted by the music of LEE Byeong-woo ("The King and the Clown", "Voice of Murderer"). The result is a warm fairy tale feeling; but some unsettling events are foreboded, tangibly in the air.

The palpable darker edges create tension early on and keep the viewers captivated. The child actors admirably sensed the particular atmosphere of the film and their awareness – in combination with acting skills – is another highly beneficial factor to the collaborative achievement that is "Hansel and Gretel".

The oldest of the three children is a boy with paranormal abilities played by E...

I'm Sorry I Love You by blanca

I
t's a great film except I was disappointed with the turn of events that Minju's mother never knew she's had twins; Minju died from an illness & suffered through it all without his mother by his side! It's a good movie but it didn't deliver at the end! Great acting though of So Ji Sub - he deserved his Baeksang Award as best actor!
