Japanese comic artist Mita Norifusa meets with the cast of "Master of Study" [3HW]
Japanese comic artist Mita Norifusa recently met with the cast of popular KBS TV series "Master of Study", the small screen adaptation of his famous comic series.
Norifusa dropped by the show's set during his visit to Korea last week, talking to some of the cast members and having dinner with the actors and crew.

In the entertainment industry, the end of a year is a season about watching and talking about "people". Many media outlets select their "person of the year" and people flock to year-end awards shows to hear a quote from stars that they do not get to see often. 10Asia picked our own figures of the year, but there is no red carpet or photo spotlights for the stars to enter upon. Our selection of "persons of 2009" are not top stars who attained the most popularity from the public, but people who changed the landscape of Korea's entertainment industry and stimulated the public with experiences that we had not had before. In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the 2009 Korean Film Festival ran Oct 30 to Nov 4 at the GSC Mid Valley's International Screens venue. The six-day festival brings together four diverse titles: family drama "My Mother, the Mermaid" (2004), critically praised independent drama, "Sa-Kwa" (2008), suspense-driven thriller "Seven Days" (2007) and comedy "Our School E.T" (2008).
The festival, co-sponsored by the Republic of Korea Embassy, will make an allotment of free tickets available to the public. KANG Yi-kwan's "Sa-kwa" stars actress MOON So-ri as a career-woman in a troubled marriage. "Seven Days", by director WON Sin-yeon, tells the story of Ji-yeon, a successful lawyer and single mother to a seven-year-old girl who has been kidnapped.

Following declaration ceremony of 'Good Downloader Campaign' held during Pusan International Film Festival (PIFF), an event titled, 'Good Downloader Supporters Day', takes place with10 stars in support of the initiative proposed by the campaign at Myung-dong Avenuel, Lotte Cinema on Nov. 10.
Divided into 4 teams, under the leadership of actor Ahn Seong-gi, chairman of the Good Downloader Committee, a total of 10 leading directors and actors and actresses join the event.
