Ever since the end of his latest drama, "Surgeon Bong Dal-hee", Lee Beom-soo began his weight training without missing a single day. With special help from the professional trainer, Ryoo Jae-hyeon, he is also on a strict diet to make a perfect body.
Due to his recent transformation, he had been offered to make a photo album of his body, which he have politely rejected to concentrate on his upcoming SBS drama, "On Air", which will begin February next year.
Among his tight filming schedule, he continues his high-protein-based diet consists of banana, sweet potato and chicken breast; and constant amount of exercise everyday.
