Lee Da-hae revealed the reason she started working out.
Lee Da-hae's know-how regarding keeping a fit body was revealed on the SBS TV program "TV News At Night".
She said, "I actually don't like working out. I posted a picture of myself when I was in America and it stirred controversy. Many thought I had anorexia but I am a good eater".
She continued, "I didn't have any flexibility in my body and I looked weak. I started working out to have a healthy-looking body and I really feel it".
Meanwhile, Lee Da-hae revealed how she stretches her lower stomach, thighs and other muscles.
