Lee Jeong-jin made a surprise statement that he once dated a fellow celebrity and passed on tips and tricks.
On the SBS TV program "Kang Heart", Lee Jeong-jin revealed that he once dated a fellow celebrity. Unlike today, back then a scandal for a female celebrity was like a death sentence. Lee Jeong-jin, sick of dates inside private cars, planned something new.
He said, "We planned a trip to Hong Kong and left separately. I left alone and she left with a friend. We planned to make it coincidental even if we got caught".
Arriving first in Hong Kong, he got the rooms first and got into the elevator, but ran into an entertainment-related person there. Jeon Ji-hyeon's "My Boyfriend" was being released in Hong Kong at the time and a great mass of entertainment people and reporters were staying in that hotel.
Lee Jeong-jin said, "It was a tense moment. Without my cell phone on roaming, I just barely contacted my girlfriend and told her not to come to the hotel. We just went around the city first and then secretly went into the hotel. When Plan A doesn't work then it's right to Plan B".
