Lee Jung-hyun-I to Join "The Escape of the Seven"

Actor Lee Jung-hyun-I will appear in SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama "The Escape of the Seven".

"The Escape of the Seven" is a Picaresque revenge drama about the survival struggle of seven evil people involved in the disappearance of a girl who has disappeared with numerous lies and desires and blood retribution toward them.

Lee Jung-hyun-I plays Baek Ik-ho, the leader of the detention center. Baek Ik-ho is a character who moves sneakily depending on the situation and shows the typical 'strong and weak'.

Lee Jung-hyun-I drew attention for his vicious performance in the tvN drama "Mr. Sunshine", which aired in 2018. Since then, he has appeared in various genres of works such as Netflix's "Sweet Home", the movie "Hot Blood - Movie", and "Next Door", proving his wide acting spectrum. In particular, he made a strong impact as Kang Chan-seok, a demon sergeant, in the ENA drama "New Recruit".

"The Escape of the Seven" is scheduled to premiere on September 15th.
