Actor Lee Min-ho is shaking up the entire Chinese continent.
He will be departing for China on September 25th to sign a contract with China's Hyundai Motors 'Veloster' and to attend a launching event for the 'Veloster', as well as a press conference. The Veloster launching event is taking place with participation from Chinese locals and a competition to attend it recorded a 1000:1 ratio of applicants-to-seats available in just 3 days.
An official for Chinese Hyundai Motors said, "Because the 'Veloster' was targeted for the younger generation, we asked Lee Min-ho, the hottest celebrity in China yet, to be our model".
Lee Min-ho will also do a real time interview with Chinese fans on September 22nd at 5PM for one hour.
There are requests for visits from other Asian countries. His management said, "We are grateful for the support. He will soon be visiting those places he hasn't been able to, and we will release an official statement when everything is ready". They also mentioned that hopefully fans don't misunderstand the rumors that were starting to spread on where he is going to visit.
