Kyu-sik (Kwon Sang-woo) is a fledgling Catholic priest whose ascendance to full priesthood could have worked out if not for his old pal Seon-dal, who causes him to make a fateful mistake. As a result the two offenders are sent off to the church in a small village to get atone for their errors. As luck would have it they run into lively Bong-hee (Ha Ji-won) who has just returned from the US to visit her boyfriend. After the vibrant girl becomes Kyu-sik's assistant, the life of the soon-to-be clergyman takes an unexpected 180 degree turn...

Equipped with an elite cast led on by Kwon Sang-woo, who broke the hearts of the female audience with his romantic performance in the popular TV series Stairway to Heaven, and Ha Ji-won ( Damo: The Undercover Detective), this hilarious comedy became an immediate hit at the Korean cinemas. Shortly afterwards the movie's production rights were bought by Japanese film producers in a record-breaking deal.

　　神學學生奎植(權相佑飾演)，還差一個月便可以當神父，可是在教堂儀式中與同學犯下嚴重錯誤，結果被教區調派到一間鄉村教堂靜修。

　　當兩人來到這間簡陋的教堂後，遇到剛從美國回來的鳳熙(河芝園 飾演)。活潑開朗的鳳熙窮畢生的積蓄，從美國飛返韓國，希望跟男友共諧連理，豈料卻發覺只是夢一場。當鳳熙極度心碎、山窮水盡之際，喜獲擔任神父的舅父照料，擔當管理教堂的助手。

　　擁有鬼妹仔性格的鳳熙過慣不受拘束的生活，對教堂的規律一點都忍受不了。為了考驗一下奎植，神父為他定了目標，只要奎植能感化鳳熙成為教徒，就會保送他到神學院完成神父的夢想。起初，他們的相處好似貼錯門神般，經常發生衝突，但兩人隨著時間流逝而對對方產生好感……

　　Kyushik (Kwon Sangwoo) is a serious theological student whose single and long-term goal is to serve God and become a priest. Just before his ordination, his ambition is tested due to his delinquent friend Sundal's mistake during school mass. To escape from this crisis, Kyushik has to attend a special training program, called "strengthening your spirituality".

　　Kyushik and Sundal are stationed in a small church in a deserted area where everything seems strange and far from what they expected. Kyushik meets Father Nam's niece, Bonghee(Ha Jiwon), who just came from the US, only to find that her "believed-to-be love of her life" has left for another girl. Trying to wake up drunken Bonghee in the chapel, Kyushik accidentally kisses her. During his confession, he is ordered to prepare her for baptism.

　　Consoling the broken-hearted Bonghee is a difficult task for Kyushik. They are attracted to each other as they reveal their experiences. Then as Kyushik's ordination date approaches, Bonghee's ex-boyfriend returns to win her back. They both must make the decisions of their lifetime.

Innocent fall in love movie Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I really liked this movie. I read the reviews and decided to buy this movie. I have seen past performances by Kwon Sang Woo. He is a very good actor. He really can be different in his characters. In this one he plays Kyusik, a real innocent guy who is really wanting to become a priest. He is so sincere in his efforts. Then bring in Bonghee,(Ha Jiwon). This is the first time I've seen a movie with her in it. She is pretty and irritating at the same time but they do fall in love without meaning to and there are difficult decisions to make. Especially for Kyusik whose dream is to become a priest.I do recommend this movie to anyone who loves romantic comedies.This is done in good taste. Again, I can't believe how good Kwon Sang Woo is in all his roles. I've never seen him in the soap operas but in his movies he is so credible.

When I first watched this movie, I did not find it very interesting or attractive. The rhythm of it is much slower than that of "My Tutor Friend". But after I have the chance of watching it again, I started to fall in love with its sweet, warm and yet subtle plot. Now I like it just as much as "My Tutor Friend".

In this movie, Kwon Sang Woo plays a very different role to his role in "My Tutor Friend", in fact quite the opposite. And I really appreciate his talent and sincerity in playing well almost each of his role. He is never confined to his past work and always gives life to his new role. He must have well digested the personality of his various roles in different movie/drama before he can achieve this. I must say not many actors can do so. Just love watching his performances. Ha Ji Won is lovely in this movie. They are cute together!

I now realized why Kwon Sang Woo
is a big hit in Korea. He does his job as an actor with much gusto. he is very convincing in his portrayals and of course it helps that he is cute. He is great here in this movie. And he made it so blievable that he is indeed sincere in becoming a priest. The dilema is well played. ALSO not to forget another fantastic portyal of Ha ji won! watch this guys!

Because all the reviews for it were mainly negative and stated it as a flop, I never watched it. I've grown to be a huge KSW fan and didn't care anymore if it was bad or not. This movie is not bad at all!! Actually, I think it's better than My Tutor Friend. Their relationship was better developed and the it's just a pleasant movie. KSW's character was just too cute (and he himself!) and the storyline is not bad either. The ending was weak, but the overall story was very enjoyable. So please, watch it if you liked My Tutor Friend!
