General Service Channel MBN notified the poor start off of drama "Can Love Become Money".
According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the first episode of MBN weekend drama "Can Love Become Money" rated 0.443%. It's usually a good job if a GSC drama hits 1% but this isn't even half of it.
"Can Love Become Money" is about the absurd plot wealthy man Ma In-tak (Yeon Jeong-hoon) gets involved in because of money. The main plot is the love relationship between him and transparent but cute deonajng girl Yoon Da-ran (Eom Ji-won).
Initially known as the drama "For the Emperor", the drama changed its name to "Can Love Become Money" to give a livelier feel to it. However, despite the changing of titles, it still didn't produce a satisfactory result.
Meanwhile, TV Chosun "Go! Mrs. Go!" rated the highest out of all GSC with 1.403% and JTBC "Queen Insoo" rated 1.083%. Channel A "Happy and" rated 0997%, "Heaven's Garden" rated 0.798% and "Bolder By the Day" rated 0.262%.
