Aside from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, other participants in the production of the white paper were the Korea Press Foundation, Korea Broadcasting Institute, various agencies including Korea Publishing Marketing Research Institute, and Media Management & Marketing Institute.
The White Paper describes from all angles the Korean media industry's current conditions and projections.
