Former Miss Korea and current actress Choi Yoon-yeong is being questioned for theft.
She has been charged for stealing a friend's wallet on the 20th from her home. She was caught on CCTV trying to change the cheques she stole into cash.
Netizens are shocked that she would throw away friendship for 2.6 million won. She is also suspected of other minor criminal activities.
Choi Yoon-yeong was second runner up for the 39th Miss Korea Competition in 1995. She got married to a businessman in 2010 and has a daughter.
