Actress Nam Gyoo-ri and singer Jang Woo-hyuk have been cast for leading roles in a Chinese drama.
Nam Gyoo-ri's management told "TV Report" on December 1st, "Nam Gyoo-ri has been cast for the Chinese drama "My Forgetful Girlfriend"".
According to the management, Nam Gyoo-ri is going to take on the role of a woman who loses her memory. Romance will blossom as she lives in a house with a male roommate.
This drama will be released some time next spring and won't be released in Korea. Nam Gyoo-ri is currently practicing her Chinese.
Not only that, Jang Woo-hyuk will also appear in "My Forgetful Girlfriend". His management told "TV Report", "Jang Woo-hyuk has been cast as the leading male character. It seems like he won't be active in Korea for a while as he has activities in Japan and China".
Nam Gyoo-ri and Jang Woo-hyuk will star in the drama with other Chinese stars.
