Her agency Eyagi Entertainment announced Thursday that the artist recently finished recording the Korean and Japanese versions of the theme song to mobile drama "Please Remember to Me the Love of Pygmalion ~Kimi~" produced jointly by Japan's major entertainment firm Avex and mobile telecommunications service provider NTT DoCoMo.

"Pygmalion", produced by Korean director Kim Yoon-cheol of "My Name is Kim Sam-soon" fame, is scheduled to air on mobile phone channel BeeTV at the end of March.

Japanese actress Minamisawa Nao will play the role of Mika, a woman who has lost her memories regarding her lover Hyung-joon played by Korean boy band T-Max member Kim Joon.

Nam, 24, made her debut in 2006 in the music industry as the leader of the three-member girl group SeeYa but left the band in April last year after her contract with her agency ended.

She has pursued a solo career since, appearing in films, dramas and contributing to several soundtracks. Her most notable acting role was in the 2008 horror film "Death Bell".

Nam is currently on the southern island of Jeju to shoot the 50-part SBS drama "Life is Beautiful" which premieres this Saturday.
