A colorful, warm-hearted drama that offers a message of hope for the younger generation, Oh! Pil Seung Bong Soon Young also features a great supporting cast that includes Park Sun Young (101st Proposal , Goodbye to Sorrow) who was honored with Best Supporting Actress at the 2004 KBS TV Drama Awards.

이틀뒤면 사장으로 취임할 최고유통의 후계자가 교통사고로 갑작스레 사망하자 신회장(여운계)은 조용히 윤비서(장용)를 불러 이십년전 서랍속에 넣어둔 오래된 사진속의 아이를 찾아 데려오라고 지시한다. 한편, 부산 자갈치 시장 건달 오필승(안재욱)은 시장 사무소의 돈을 훔쳐 달아나던 중 윤비서를 스치며 만나게 되지만, 윤비서는 필승이 사진속의 아이임을 모른채 상인들과 함께 도망가는 그를 뒤쫓기만 하다 필승이 서울행 기차에 오른 뒤에야 자신이 찾던 그 아이가 바로 필승임을 알게 된다. 서울로 올라온 필승은 훔친 여비를 도주중 고스란히 잃어버리고, 서울의 유일한 지인인 친구 봉진표(문천식)과도 연락이 되지 않아 지하철 역에서 헤매던중, 술에 취한 순영을 만나게 되고, 순영의 가방도둑으로 몰려 실랑이 끝에 결국 파출소 신세를 지게 되고....
