[Orion's Daily Ramblings] "A Korean Odyssey" Piles on the Fashion Statements With Cha Seung-Won

I thought I had already seen the worst (or best) that "A Korean Odyssey" can throw at us with Lee Seung-gi's furry conundrum of a coat, but I forgot that Cha Seung-won is a long-time model and therefore prime material for all manner of loud fashion shenanigans. He is the Bull Demon King, after all. He can't lose face by dressing casually.

The series will be portraying the characters in their double lives as supernatural beings and human personae, which is what we see in these photos. I'm not sure why the godly version is dressed like a magician pulling a layman's take on Willy Wonka, but you do you, demon god. In the human world, the god takes on the role of Woo Hwi-cheol, the CEO of Korea's biggest entertainment company.
Given that the teasers have him leading the horde of googly eyed monsters against Lee Seung-gi and Oh Yeon-seo's characters, I wonder if our Bull Demon King will be an antagonist or even a villain. Perhaps he will simply be a very strict mentor type who likes to catch his pupils by surprise while they're doing their laundry at the crack of dawn.
Whichever the case, his fashion will be on point and subject to copious amounts of snark, and possibly fangirling from me. You could dress Cha Seung-won(ka) in a potato sack, series and he'd still be a handsome man. Please don't dress him in a potato sack...
