OST album of 'You're Beautiful' soars with nearly 20,000 copies sold in the first week

OST of SBS idol drama, "You're Beautiful" has created a sensation in the music market. The OST album sales have reached nearly 20,000 within 7 days upon its release on Oct. 14.

The production company of the OST said, "OST album of "You're Beautiful", unveiled on 14th, has sold 15,000 copies until on 22nd". "The album has been sold consistently even now so that it will pass the 20,000 mark in days".

The OST album placed 1st on the first day of the release in the Hanteo Chart, which lists album sales in real time. And in the first place, it received good response as a music source as shown in the case of various music portal sites such as Melon, Dosirak, and Mnet.com where the album ranked in the upper half. Given that it is difficult for an OST album to be sold over 10,000 copies, the OST of "You're Beautiful" deserves kudos.
