The main characters of the poster are Kim Hee-sun, Lee Hye-young-I, Kim Nam-hee-I and Yeonwoo. The four actors perfectly expressed each character's psychology.

Kim Hee-sun (No Yeong-won) seems surprised by the threat posed to her perfect family. Her eyes are in shock and confusion. Behind the scenes, strong-looking Kim Hee-sun and despairing Kim Hee-sun appear vaguely.

Yeong-won is a psychological counselor who is popular among the public as the number one factor in family affairs counseling. She expresses her sincerity toward her family with the copy, "Do we have to know each other to be family?"

Lee Hye-young-I (Hong Sa-gang) exudes her charisma. She looks straight ahead with sharp eyes and acts as if she is agonizing over something. Two egos are added to arouse curiosity.

Hong Sa-gang is No Yeong-won's mother-in-law and a mystery writer. She reveals her feisty and sharp side with the comment, "Can't we suspect family?"

Kim Nam-hee-I (Choi Jae-jin) creates anxiety with his shaking eyes. He then shows his split ego. He looks frustrated and sad, and his face shows a big smile.

Choi Jae-jin is a famous plastic surgeon and is No Yeong-won's husband. However, he has never lived his life of his own will. His strong statement, "I will no longer live as a fake Choi Jae-jin", is impressive.

Yeonwoo (Lee Se-na) expresses a mysterious atmosphere with a calm expression. She also adds several faces, ranging from pure girl to deadly femme fatale.

Lee Se-na is an unpredictable character. She is a veiled woman. "Do you know everything? About your family?" she asks, foreboding the mood.

"Bitter Sweet Hell" is a human black comedy drama. It is the story of No Yeong-won, who is threatened with her career and family and cooperates with her mother-in-law. It will premiere at 9:50 PM on the 24th.
