총 17트랙의 곡이 수록된 "부활" O.S.T.는 총 제작비 1억 5천만을 투여, 드라마 전체에 깔리는 묵직하고 비장한 슬픔과 애절한 사랑을 동구 유럽의 묵직한 스트링 사운드로 잘 표현하였다.
주인공 상대역인 "은하" 역으로 분한 '한지민'의 테마 곡엔 '명품 보이스' '오현란'의 토니브랙스톤을 연상시키는 가슴저린 목소리와 서정적인 스트링, 고급스러운 R&B 리듬이 잘 어우러진 트랙을 감상할 수 있으며, 타이틀 곡 "무죄" 는 주인공 '엄태웅'과 '한지민'의 이어질 수 없을 것 같은 운명적이고 애정한 사랑을 담고 있고, 애절한 느낌의 깊은 목소리와 흐느끼는 바이올린 사운드로 현악과 가요가 멋진 조화를 이루었다는 찬사를 받고 있다.

| Story line were very intriguing and fast-paced. The subtitle is a must for the non-Korean viewer or an english translation if needed. Excellent twists of events that keeps you searching for the next episode. If your looking for a drama, this one must be include to your collections. |

You got to have it
| It is so good. I feel lkie I am watching a drama again. I really enjoy music. I am right now watching this drama. I think this drama is the best Korean drama of the year. I really enjoy watching the show. I want to buy DVD when it come out. You will sorry if you don't watch this drama. |

Resurrection OST wonderful
| A wonderful OST ... if you enjoyed the drama, then you'll defintiely enjoy the music. One of the main songs "Innocence" (track 2) sung by Kim Tae Hoon shows off a sad-melo feeling in the song. Very good vocal and the song is great as well. Another one of my favorites is from Oh Hyun Ran, who brings a calm, cool vocal in the song titled "Again" (track 5). This song sounds sad yet depressing, but very addicting. I just love the chorus of this song as well as the melody. The orchestra version of this song is just as good ... |
