From the moment they meet, Jun Yeong (Kwon Sang Woo) and the blind Hye In (Kim Hee Sun) share an instant connection. Young and naïve, they believe that nothing can change their love. Life, however, pulls them in opposite directions. Jun Yeong is sent to Seoul, while Hye In immigrates to America. Misleadingly informed that Jun Yeong is dead, Hye In struggles to begin a new life alone. Years later, Hye In returns to Seoul. With her eyesight restored, she is now a singer happily engaged to her producer Gun Woo (Yeon Jung Hoon). Everything changes though when Gun Woo's composer friend turns out to be none other than Jun Yeong. He instantly recognizes her, but Hye In has never seen Jun Yeong before. 有濃厚音樂細胞的俊英(權相宇)因為母親是女招待的原故，從小就常常被人排斥。他邂逅了失明的惠仁(金喜善)，兩人成了玩伴，也漸漸的醞釀出一段純純的愛情。然而，惠仁因為必須與阿姨移民到美國而與俊英失去聯絡。在美國，她遇見了有錢公子健宇(延政勛)。雖然健宇對她的展開了強烈的追求攻勢但惠仁一直沒有接受他，直到她收到俊英的死訊。但她萬萬沒想到健宇與俊英竟然是大學好友而俊英還活著﹗當惠仁恢復她的視力，一段悲痛戀歌從此在三人間譜出。
Musically-inclined Jun-Hyung (Kung Sang-Woo) grows up being despised as his mother owns a nightclub. He meets the blind but beautiful Hae-In (Kim Hee-Sun), and the childhood friends become lovers over the years. When Hae-In has to move the US with her aunt, she loses contact with Jun-Hyung. There, she meets Gun-Woo(Yeon Jung-Hyun) and accepts his love, having been misled that Jun-Hyung has died. After a successful surgery, Hae-In recovers her eyesight. A heart-wrenching love triangle unfolds when Hae-In meets Jun-Hyung again, this time as Gun-Woo's good friend. Hae-In does not realize that the man she now knows as Jun-Kyu is actually Jun-Hyung.
