Six Popular Animations will be back!

From 25th to 30th, Seoul Ani-Cinema will hold 'Animation Department Store Variety' which will select and screen this year's popular films screened in Korea as well as Ani-Cinema's films which have never been screened.

There will be four animations like "She Was Pretty", 'Summer Days with Coo', 'Persepolis', and 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars' and two films 'Twentieth Century Boy' which is a documentary film based on animation and 'The Dark Knight' as well as six of this year's popular films screened in Korea with animations of Ani-Cinema which have been screened.

'Life is Cool', which is the first rotoscoping animation, is an ani-graphics movie which has been covered with colors and lines on the film taken by Korean famous actors like Park Ye-jin, Kim Soo-ro, Kang Sung-jin, and Kim Jin-soo. 'Summer Days with Coo' is about an episode of main character's family who face imaginary animals of Japan. You can enjoy familiar world of future and main characters' good action through 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars'.

'Persepolis' is an animation which has been produced based on a cartoon 'Persepolis'. It is a story about growing up of Marjane who is brave and righteous in reactionary society of Iran by contradistinction to Austria which has fair government. The screen is black and white.

Documentary films based on the animations, which will be screened, are 'Twentieth Century Boy' produced by Urasawa Naoki who is a master of Japanese animation and 'The Dark Knight' which is a new series of 'Batman' about Joker.
