Seok-joo was shocked at his past after meeting Jeong Hye-ryeong (Kim Yoon-seo) and the victims of the oil spill. He was devastated at the fact that he was responsible for minimizing the compensations for 5 years on purpose.
Seok-joo tried to make up for his mistakes by fixing the compensations, but he made a client angry and took his hands off the case. Cha Yeong-woo (Kim Sang-joong) took over the case and suggested Kim Seok-joo to receive some treatment.
He admitted himself to the hospital and the nurse said, "Hi 'No Name'. Oh yeah, you're not 'No Name' anymore". But Seok-joo said, "It doesn't sound that bad because it makes me feel like I don't know anyone".
He didn't answer any calls and was in deep thought. A fisherman from the oil spill village tried to commit suicide and Lee Ji-yoon found Kim Seok-joo. She told him Jeong Hye-ryeong was pleading not guilty.
Kim Seok-joo was greatly disappointed in himself and said, "Alright, get out. I'm tired". Lee Ji-yoon was torn up but the previews showed Kim Seok-joo becoming Jeong Hye-ryeong's attorney.
