On the first episode of tvN drama "Heart to Heart", Go I-seok (Chun Jung-myung) was accused of attempted murder.

On this day, I-seok was practicing a psychotherapy session as usual. The next scene showed I-seok panicking for unknown reason. At this moment, Hong-do stepped into Go I-seok 's clinic, Heart to Heart and witnessed I-seok was trying to stab his patient on the neck with a fountain pen.
I-seok later went to police station and was investigated. He was accused of attempted murder according to what Hong-do testified.
