The real action in "Holy Land" has got the guys' attention.
According to Super Action on the 6th, the second episode of "Holy Land" on the 5th at 11PM rated 1.39%, thanks to men in the ages of 25~49. The cable percentage maintained first position for 2 weeks in a row with 1.33%.
On this day's episode, Taekwondo expert Tae-sik (Hoon) challenged Kang-yoo (Dong Ho) who is known as the 'hooligan hunter' into a street fight and brought along a fighting scene between the two U-Kiss members.
Hoon passed with flying colors since his first appearance in the drama with his neat action skills came from his experience as a real Taekwondo athlete during his school days. In the battle scene with Dong Ho, he left a strong impression with his high kicks, backspin elbow, and other advanced moves.
In addition to his one, two straight move, Dong Ho blended in the Judo moves he learnt in the last episode from Sang-ho (Seong Woong) and became stronger than before. The two managed to pull of the scene without any stand-in's and looked like they were having a real challenge.
After the broadcast, viewers posted on SNS's, ""Holy Land" today was awesome", "Dong Ho and Hoon's fighting scene was very energetic", "The second episode was much more impressive than the first one", "Hoon's here and I can't wait for the next one" and more.
Meanwhile, "Holy Land" is a drama based on an original Japanese comic called "Holy Land", about a weak and fragile Kang Yoo who learns the one, two straight and masters the arts of Taekwondo, Judo and wrestling and finally becoming the king of the streets.
