On the latest episode of JTBC drama "Padam Padam... The Sound of His and Her Heartbeats", aired on January 24th, Jeong Jina (Han Ji-min) found a place to stay in the mountains of Kangwon-do.
Jeong Jina planned a trip to Japan. However, Kim Yeong-cheol (Lee Jae-woo) dissuaded her saying, "He should be curious about his father and Yang Kang-chil (Jeong Woo-seong) can't go far in that condition". He helped her get a house nearby an animal hospital.
Jeong Jina changed her plans and left for Kangwon-do. She promised herself in the mirror, "Enjoy it. Don't make it sad. Only think about this moment. Jeong Jina".
The two wrapped up their lives in Tongyeong and left for Kangwon-do. It was a snow-covered land, like a different world.
Meanwhile, Kang-chil was in a different situation. He was given a short time to live as he was entering the last stage of liver cancer. His family hid this from him but he heard it from Park Chan-geol (Kim Joon-seong).
He was advised to take the blame for the Oh Yong-hak case from Park Chan-geol. While he had a lovely time with Jina, Kang-chil repeated in his head, "Jail is too horrible to live in and it's too beautiful to die here".
