Han I-soo (Kim Nam-gil) went to see his sister Han I-hyeon (Nam Bo-ra) working at a shop on the episode of the KBS 2TV drama "Don't Look Back : The Legend of Orpheus". However, Han I-hyeon didn't know Han I-soo was her real brother.

Han I-soo looked at her caringly and was so surprised when her nose started bleeding. He worried about her and asked if she was alright and that she should go to the hospital.

Han I-soo also managed to touch hands with her when she was handing him a drink.
