On the sixth episode of KBS 2TV drama "The Equator Man", aired on April 5th, Seon-woo (Uhm Tae-woong) pretended not to hear when he could.

Seon-woo and Jang-il (Lee Joon-hyuk), whom Seon-woo wants to take revenge on, are living together in one house for the time being. Seon-woo, who recently woke up from a coma after several years, remembered that Jang-il was the one who tried to kill him but pretended that he couldn't recall this.

Even for the tough Jang-il, living together with the man he tried to kill, Seon-woo, wasn't comfortable. He drank in sorrow and Han Ji-won (Lee Bo-young) had to help him get home. Jang-il's father Yong-bae (Lee Won-jong) found about this and was infuriated. They argued, "How could you bring Seon-woo in here knowing who gave you this house? You need to get him out of here, and her too". Jang-il then yelled at his father, "I've had enough". In shock, Yong-bae said, "I've been to hell for you and for what?" with tears in his eyes.

Seon-woo was listening to all this in his room. Jang-il thought Seon-woo was at his school for the blind in order to learn Braille, but he wasn't feeling well and stayed at home.

After Yong-bae left, Jang-il was surprised at Seon-woo, who then walked out of his room. He was wearing earphones to pretend that he didn't hear anything. Jang-il asked him, "When did you come back?"

Seon-woo so calmly replied, "Just a while ago. I didn't know your father was here too. You should've told me so. I could've said hello".

Seon-woo and Jang-il were drinking later when Seon-woo said, "There is only one thing I can do right now and that is believe that my life isn't over yet".
