Yoon Soy's secret about being Choi Min-soo's daughter developed another twist.
On the August 30th episode of the SBS drama "Warrior Baek Dong-soo", Ji (Yoon Ji-min) told Cheon (Choi Min-soo) about the secret birth of Hwang Jin-joo (Yoon Soy).
It was known that Hwang Jin-joo was the child of Ji and Kim Gwang-tek (Jeon Kwang-ryeol), but Ji confessed to Cheon, "She is your child".
In the middle of Cheon's battle with the Black Gang, Ji got seriously hurt. Jang Ryang (Song Kyeong-cheol) stuck a knife in Ji, who tried to move Jin-joo to a safer place and in doing so, put her life on the line.
In the arms of Cheon, Ji asked about Jin-joo first and said, "I am sorry, she's not your daughter". He had been very fatherly to her, believing she was his.
Cheon told her, "Didn't I tell you not to say anything!? It doesn't matter even if she's not my child. She made my dying heart beat again", expresing fatherly love to a child he wasn't even related to.
In the end, Ji died in the arms of her lover Kim Gwang-tek, and not Cheon.
Many viewers are confused and irritated at the twist of Jin-joo's death.
