1년 9개월전인 2004년 1월 일본에서 정식데뷔를 한 후 현재까지 일본에서 1장의 정규 음반과 5장의 싱글음반을 발표한 슈가(Sugar)가 다시 한국에서 정규 3집 [Sweet Lips] 발표를 선언했다!!
지난 3개월이 넘는 기간 동안 한국과 일본을 오가며 컴백 준비에 한창이었던 슈가는 이번 앨범을 통해 한층 발전되었다기 보단, 완전히 탈바꿈한 전혀 새로운 창법을 시도, 완전히 새로운 모습으로서의 변신을 시도했다.
이번 앨범의 컨셉은 "Sweet Lips". 슈가하면 언제나 또오르는 달콤함을 좀 더 가깝게 느낄 수 있는 노래들로 채웠다는 의미를 담고 있다. 쟈켓 이미지는 멤버 '아유미'가 직접 디자인한것으로, 평소 패션, 일러스트레이트 등에 관심이 많았던 아유미의 또 다른 재능을 엿볼수 있다. 또한, '혜승'의 솔로곡 "Baby Boy"는 그동안 숨겨왔던 매력적인 '혜승'의 보컬에 아유미'가 랩퍼로 참여, 또 다른 모습을 엿볼 수 있는 기회가 될 것이다.

sugar jjjjjang!!!

i love this new album. well i must admit that i was disppointed in track 7 (the boy is mine) and hye seung's solo (baby boy). but i am addicted to track 6 (addiction). track 6 is the best song i have ever heard in my whole entire life!! some of the other tracks are good, too. i miss jung eum, though. i dont think haleen is as good or as pretty as her. :( |

| This album is way diff than their first and second album. They definitely sound much more mature and of cause..the songs are more to the 'mature' kind instead of their usual cutesy cutesy korean songs.And also..it feels weird without Jung Eum..I dunno it's as if it's a diff girl group without Jung Eum(corz jung eum's voice is relli unique)Neeways, I actually really like this album. Support them! Sugarrr Jjangggggg! |
