Synopsis

Maho, the little shy boy who play like a baby. One day, he saw a puffy haired thing is lying in the house. That thing is his new brother, DAIGORO. Maho's father went to the polluted woods and that's where he found Daigoro. After seeing this little injured monkey, he decides to bring home. From the moment of their first meeting, these two brothers start their rivalry. The house has become into a battlefield! But, through their quarreling, friendship has found its place to grow. Maho and his family, his friends and neighbor share together with Daigoro their love and dreams full of hope.

Its story based on the Japanese book, 'Thank you, Daigoro'. (Written by Otani Junko / Picture by Otani Age) The story is about Otani's family who lived with Daigoro. Daigoro is a handicapped monkey who does not have legs and have only arms which ends in elbow. The family took care of Daigoro like son, like brother, like family. This touching story was broadcasted on television in the title of 'Fly Daigoro'. Age's wife Junko also wrote a book 'Daigoro with the wings of angel' which made a smash hit. 100,000 copies of the book were sold in Japan.
