Translation and dubbing provided free to animations for export

The Korea Culture and Content Agency (KOCCA, CEO: Ko, Seok-Man) is currently accepting works for its Second Project to Support Animation Works for Advancement into Foreign Markets.

Founded to promote the export of original Korean animation works by offering translation and dubbing support, this project's recipients are animations for TV and theater, pilot films, and short animation works.

The project offers up to KRW 20M for TV and theater animation projects, and KRW 5M for pilot works and short films. However, works that have already received support from the government with regard to foreign distribution are excluded.

Those who wish to submit works should visit KOCCA's website (http://www.kocca.kr) and go to the "Business Management" section to fill out the electronic registration form (the application and KOCCA's common form). After printing out the registration certificate, which bears the registration number and label, they can submit the work along with the forms by mail. The works are accepted from Jan. 31 to Feb. 5, 3 PM.
