This is my first collection of K-Drama OST and the beginning of my love affair with K-Drama. Before I discovered Winter Sonata, my friends told me how good K-drama was but I was not all that impressed because I do not know the language and its culture, least of all, RYU, BYJ and CJW were unknown to me. It so happened that one day I was surfing through TV channels and there it was Winter Sonata's opening scene with the theme song "From Beginning to now" playing that caught my attention. I do not know whether it was RYU's beautiful singing, the romantic melody or it was BYJ/CJW or ALL which attracted me stayed tune to finish the whole series. And I watch it again and again. Each time it gives the same thrill as it was the first. I listen to the OST endlessly and never feel tired of it. All the songs/instrument are beautifully written, match with the sentiment of the story line. Track no. 13 "Lover" - there are two versions: RYU sings in Mandarin in this one, but there is a Korean version in his other album. As a whole, it is an excellent piece of work. Although there is one song "Moment" missing but still it is a collection item that I would recommend to all music lover even if you do not like the drama, you would certainly adore the music score.

I used to hate Winter Sonata. But aftet I watch, I have change my mind. Mainly because of the beautiful soundtracks and story plotting. I don't like love story myself but this is acceptional.

Winter Sonata vs Hotelier Customer Review Rated Bad 2 - 2 out of 10
Winter Sonata is so boring in every sense. It does not reflect any sensible social background, and neither does it implicate any reasonable theme. It looks like the main actree does not understand her character. Most of the time, all she can do is to show a sad face with her eyes looking down somewhere. Winter Sonata, compared with Hotelier, is lengthy and protracted. If anything, it is just puppy love story.

Winter Sonata Music Excellent Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I truly love the Winter Sonata original soundtrack music. This is so beautiful to listen to over and over again. I recommend this excellent music soundtrack to all. I am truly impressed!!!! I am a fan of the TV series. Please bring us more of the Winter Sonata series movies and music. I love it!!!!
