Korean cinema 'Smoke-flavored Life' by filmmaker Ryou Eun-jung has been awarded 'The Production Award' in the 14th Aspen Shortsfest drama section, which ended recently in Colorado, the U.S.

'Smoke-flavored Life' is a cinema, which solves the relation between mother and daughter as well as their discord settlement through smoking.

Cinema 'Smoke-flavored Life' has been invited from the Pusan International Film Festival last year and was selected as a this year's noteworthy woman cinema by The Women Filmmaker Society last year.

Filmmaker Ryoo Eun-jeong's cinema 'Smoke-flavored Life' also will be invited by the Tribeca Film Festival, scheduled to be held from Apr.19 in New York, U.S.

ASPEN SHORTSFEST is widely recognized as one of the world's premiere showcases for short film and video. It offers an intimate international forum for emerging artists, established film professionals, and film-loving audiences.
