'Smoke-flavored Life' receives 'The Production Award' in Aspen

Korean cinema 'Smoke-flavored Life' by filmmaker Ryou Eun-jung has been awarded 'The Production Award' in the 14th Aspen Shortsfest drama section, which ended recently in Colorado, the U.S.

'Smoke-flavored Life' is a cinema, which solves the relation between mother and daughter as well as their discord settlement through smoking.

Cinema 'Smoke-flavored Life' has been invited from the Pusan International Film Festival last year and was selected as a this year's noteworthy woman cinema by The Women Filmmaker Society last year.

Filmmaker Ryoo Eun-jeong's cinema 'Smoke-flavored Life' also will be invited by the Tribeca Film Festival, scheduled to be held from Apr.19 in New York, U.S.
