It's just a matter of a day but Kim Myung-min's latest movie, "Pacemaker" will be released one day earlier than its scheduled opening date of 19 January.

Due to the popularity of the heartwarming and emotional movie in online ratings and surveys, distributor Lotte Entertainment decided to start screening the movie on 18 January.

"Pacemaker" is also a favorite in polls conducted in various Korean web portals, one of which is Nate's "What is your most anticipated movie in 2012?" where it got the top spot with 53% of the votes.

In addition to "Pacemaker", Korean movies "Never Ending Story" (starring Uhm Tae-woong, Jung Ryeo-won) and "Dancing Queen" (starring Hwang Jung-min, Uhm Jung-hwa), and Hollywood movie "We Bought A Zoo" (starring Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson) are moving up their release dates to 18 January as well.

"Pacemaker", a story about a runner's pursuit of his lifelong dream of finishing a marathon, is definitely something audiences would enjoy when they're with their loved ones on Lunar New Year. The movie is rated as suitable for those 12 years old and above.
