Actor Choi Jin-hyuk declared war with a keyboard warrior.

Choi Jin-hyuk's agency claimed they will go into legal measures to deal with false rumors and others regarding.

There have been many break outs of false rumors and malicious slander about the actor in several communities. They will be receiving information and reports from fans.

The rumors stemmed from the message that Choi Jin-hyuk revealed on the 15th stating that he would be unable to star in the extended episodes of the SBS drama "The Last Empress". The reason for that was because he already had pre-scheduled events such as fan meetings.

Choi Jin-hyuk posted on his Instagram, "You may have already heard from the news, but I won't be on the drama after this week. Thank you dear viewers who have spared your time to watch the drama".

"The Last Empress" ended without Choi Jin-hyuk in the last few episodes.

Controversy was hot when Choi Jin-hyuk had to quit the drama when it decided to extend 4 more episodes.

Meanwhile, Choi Jin-hyuk has a fan meeting in Taiwan on the 28th.

He's also considering the new KBS 2TV drama "Justice".
