Andre Kim unveiled his autumn and winter 2008 fashion collection during the farewell dinner for the participants and speakers of the 8th World Knowledge Forum, at the Sheraton Walkerhill Hotel, eastern Seoul, Thursday.

Foreign dignitaries and distinguished guests such as 2006 Nobel Prize laureate in economics Edmund Phelps and Norwegian Nobel Committee chairman Ole D. Mjos were impressed with Kim's elaborate and striking designs.

Kim said he was honored to be able to present his beautiful designs to the participants of the World Knowledge Forum. This is his third time holding a fashion show at the World Knowledge Forum.

The autumn/winter fashion show opened with softly falling snow as five male models walked the runway wearing cream colored quilted coats with fur trim. Female models showed off brilliantly colored gowns, smart suits and party dresses that had the distinct Andre Kim style.

The Christmas carols that played in the background and the Christmas tree that twinkled to the side all the more emphasized the model's pretty dresses embellished with sparkling, multi-colored polka dots. Kim's designs ranged from elegant royal gowns and cocktail dresses to the sumptuous seven-layered Hanbok (traditional Korean costume) and beautiful wedding gowns.

Actor Park Si-hoo was the main model for the fashion show.
