Arirang signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday with Cudo Communications a playout service for Korean broadcasters.
Based on the deal Arirang and Cudo will work together to build a database storage for broadcast content.
The two parties plan to expand their scope of cooperation in the future to areas such as developing Cudo's Internet protocol television or IPTV.
