The official homepage of "Arthdal Chronicles" released pictures of its first official script reading.

The pictures show the cast and staff making acquaintances. Song Joong-ki steals the attention with his smiling face. Meanwhile, "Arthdal Chronicles" begins on the 1st of June on tvN.

"Arthdal Chronicles" is a pre-produced drama revolving around the power struggles, love and growth of the ancient city of Arthdal, which is presumed to be the capital of Gojoseon.

Song Joong-ki and Kim Ji-won co-star for the second time since "Descendants of the Sun". "Descendants of the Sun" is a 16 episode drama that ended on the 14th of April in 2016, and Song Joong-ki eventually got married to co-star Song Hye-kyo.
