Bae Yong-joon won the case against the Japanese publisher

Bae Yong-joon, the Hallyu star, has been told to have won in the portrait right suit against a Japanese publisher.

According to Japanese media, Bae Yong-joon sued the Japanese monthly magazine, 'It's KOREAL', for using his picture without any permission.

To this suit, Japanese court favored Bae Yong-joon. The court sentenced, 'Pay Bae Yong-joon 4,000,000 Japanese Yen'.

On the other hand, Bae Yong-joon also finished up the case with a Korean travel agency, which used Bae Yong-joon's name without any permission.
