2017/09/07 | Permalink | Source

Joo Won appeared in the promotional video of the 15th Military Festival. This 30 second-long video shows Joo Won leading a group of soldiers through training with a cap on.

Joo Won's voice narrates in the video saying, "It's not something anyone can do. It's one of the most valuable duties in your 20s and I find myself taking a step towards courage. Come and enjoy special memories at the Military Festival".

Joo Won looks much more imposing than he did before he joined the military.

The 15th Military Festival will be held in Gye-ryong, Chungnam from the 8th of October until the 12th with appearances by Joo Won, Super Junior's Ryeowook, actor Lee Jang-woo, and model Do Sang-woo.

Joo Won was initially set to stand duty as a conscripted policeman, but he volunteered for active duty on base. He'll be discharged on the 15th of February 2019.
