Busan Braces for Invasion by 'Army' of BTS

BTS will meet their fans in the southern port city of Busan for the first time this weekend.

The event, which will be held at a 22,000-seat stadium there on Saturday and Sunday, was arranged at the request of their fans in Busan, the hometown of two of the band's members, Jimin and Jungkook.

They are expected to have time to talk with their fans and share their success and unprecedented rise in the global music scene.

Security will be tightened around the venue as thousands of their diehard fans, known as "the Army", are expected to flock to the area for the chance to see their idols up close.
