Cha Tae-hyun's "Champ" confirmed to be released on Chuseok

Actor Cha Tae-hyun's "Champ" has been confirmed to be released on the 8th of September.

"Champ" is directed by Lee Hwan-gyeong from "Lump of Sugar" and the cast is made up of Cha Tae-hyun from "Scandal Makers" and Kim Su-jung the 'answer girl'.

This movie is based on the true motive of limp racing horse 'Luna' which won 13 victories in 33 races after its debut in 2004 at the Busan Racing Park.

Cha Tae-hyun plays the role of Seung-ho who was once a famous singer but is losing his eye sight due to an unfortunate accident. Kim Su-jung who was awarded the Female Child Award in the 2009 SBS Acting Awards, has the role of Cha Tae-hyun's daughter Ye-seung.

Audiences are looking forward to seeing what kind of father Cha Tae-hyun will be after the 'playboy father' in "Scandal Makers".
