[ChanMi's drama news] "General Hospital2", same actors from 14 years ago!

2008/07/03 | Permalink | Source

I'm pretty sure we don't remember the drama, but we do know the faces!

"General Hospital" was a hit MBC medical drama 14 years ago.

In "General Hospital2", Kim Do-hoon was a beginning resident who now became a chief resident and takes care of new residents and interns.

To have the same atmosphere and mood of the drama, all the same actors were casted as the same characters.

Lee Jae-ryong acts as a kind-hearted humanist doctor who portrays human struggles seriously. After 14 years, he is the same resident who loves his patients and tries his best to help them.

The same actors and actresses are used to bring back the old memories and the growth of characters through time to the viewers in the age range of 20 through 30. At the same time, the drama is changed more culturally fit to the time by enhancing the professionalism as a medical drama.

The casting of Lee Jae-ryong, Cha Tae-hyun, Kim Jung-eun, Lee Jong-won has been finalized. The drama will be first aired in November.
