Movie star Cho Seung-woo is also losing weight following Jo In-sung, Joo Jin-mo, and Lee Joon-gi.

Why?

He is starring in "The Sword with No Name", an action movie for which he lost 8kg! Cho Seung-woo's character is Mooyeong, the royal bodyguardof the Queen Myeong-seong acted by Soo Ae.

The staff say that Jo has lost weight to make it seem like he was moving more freely and lightly in his action scenes. He was at first supposed to lose only 6kg, but he went over that goal and lost 8! He is flying through his action moves!
The popular historical fiction is made into this movie. It is about the last Choseon Era where the Queen Myeong-seong and her guards are trying to save the country and in the end sacrifice their lives trying to do so. The Royal Guard Mooyeong also sacrifices his live to save the Queen, the love of his life.

This greatly anticipated film will be released next July.
