Choi takes on the role of a sentimental physics professor Ji-wan. He is the right hand man to Woo-seok (Jung Jae-young) and is the main researcher of the project but actually signed up for the lab to be with his girlfriend Yeong-eun (Kim Ok-vin).

Choi Daniel liked the synopsis of this one. He said it was fun but hard at the same time and it seemed difficult looking at it in words but it seemed fun on-screen.

Choi Daniel practiced the guitar for several days as Ji-wan plays the guitar as a hobby. However, he also experienced the frightening moment when the camera angle was positioned in a different way than he'd practiced and had the codes erased from his head.

Choi Daniel said, "We have CG help in the exploding scene but the heat from the actual flames was really hot. I've never seen such a fire and it actually helped me to concentrate in my role. I thought I could die doing this".

Kim Hyun-seok said, "I met Choi three years after "Cyrano Agency" and I felt he'd become more prepared as an actor. He's smart and he adjusts really quickly. He didn't back down in the confronting scene with Woo-seok and I was surprised".

Meanwhile, "11 AM" is about a group of researchers who succeed in time traveling to 11 O'clock the next day and struggling to stop a murder they witness on a CCTV they bring back. To be released in November.
