CJ E&M, Asia's No.1 Content Company, has launched the new reality TV program, Coo Coo Class (lớp học cục), introducing five mixed Vietnamese-Korean children to wonderful Vietnam, the home country of the children's respective mothers.

During the show, the children, including "Little Psy" Hwang Min-woo, travel throughout Vietnam on a nine-day tour, learning first-hand various aspects of the country's culture through "special missions" designed by their respective Vietnamese mothers. The show also stars K-pop idol Lee Gi-kwang and popular actor Kim Min-jun as caretakers, who are tasked with watching over the energetic kids. Rising Vietnamese actress Kha Ngan also appears as a special guest.

As a result of the unique cast, the filming and trailer for Coo Coo Class have received strong attention in Vietnam, with fans buzzing about Lee Gi-kwang and Kim Min-jun's visit to a local market, stay at a traditional Vietnamese home, and traversing by river boat.

The local filming of Coo Coo Class was made successful in large part due to the support of  Vietnamese state broadcaster, VTC. Coo Coo Class began airing in Korea via CJ E&M's total variety channel, tvN, last weekend, and is scheduled to air next year in Vietnam via family channel, VTC 11. Initial episodes will feature the arrival of the children in Vietnam, a visit to the home of Hwang Min-woo's grandfather, and adventures at a local elementary school.
