On the ninth episode of the SBS drama "Doctor Stranger", Park Hoon (Lee Jong-suk) was sure Han Seung-hee (Jin Se-yeon) was his first love Song Jae-hee.

Prior to a surgery on a pair of twins, Park Hoon received a call that Han Seung-hee was in danger. He tried to leave the surgical room but Oh Soo-hyeon (Kang So-ra) stood in his way. He chose to save the twins first. Han Seung-hee later showed up and Park Hoon started operating.

Park Hoon's team lost to Han Jae-joon's (Park Hae-jin) because of Oh Soo-hyeon's mistake. However the twins lived. Park Hoon told Oh Soo-hyeon, "It's alright, we saved the twins". Then he started looking for Han Seung-hee. He met Lee Chang-ee (Yoon Bora) halfway and heard that she was indeed Song Jae-hee but he wasn't supposed to know, so he ignored what he had heard.

However, Cha Jin-soo (Park Hae-joon) wanted to kill Park Hoon for losing the competition. Eventually, he found Park Hoon and pointed a gun at him. Han Seung-hee saw this and tried to protect Park Hoon. She threw herself on him.

Suddenly there was a 'code blue' and Han Jae-joon had to re-operate on the twins. Park Hoon's team had won but he wasn't happy. He followed after Han Seung-hee's car. They arrived at Garibong Medical Center and Han Seung-hee called his name. And they reunited with a kiss.

At the end of the episode, Park Hoon had a great time with Han Seung-hee. He looked at her with a lovely expression. She also smiled at him with the cutest expressions. They looked at each other affectionately.

Lee Jong-suk is also a talented doctor. He concentrated on saving the patient rather than trying to win.
