Based on a popular theatrical production by Jang Jin, the movie is a story about soldiers from different sides during the Korean War who find refuge in a mysterious village. Starring Shin Ha-kyun, Jung Jae-young and Kang Hye-jung, the film revolves around three North Koreans, two South Koreans and one American who are stranded in a remote mountain village "Dongmakgol" during the Korean War in the autumn of 1950. At first, they see one another as enemies due to their ideological and national antipathies, but soon learn to understand one another after falling in love with the innocent villagers. This charity movie session, which is held every second and fourth Wednesday, will screen "Innocent Steps", a story about an ethnic Korean-Chinese woman who lives in Yonbian, China, and comes to Seoul to learn competitive dance.
